My main rig is a 1985 Toyota 4-Runner, the Holy Grail as some refer, Solid axle front (stock) with the 22RE/5 speed...that's pretty much where the stock ends..

It works much better now that he's come up with a new rack system for the rear bumper... Much less of a tail-dragger...

I was told it needs a water pump. and a few other little things....basically a clone of my 93, V6 Automatic, with 270k on it. Be a good parts truck or possibly even a driver if I can get the paperwork for it sorted out...changed a hands a few times since the original owner that it is still registered under.

quick question with respect to your 1985 toyota 4-runner ... with all the after market goodies , do you carry replacement cost insurance in case of a serious mishap/write-off or if some douche steals your rig ? just curious . gb
