How to remove blacktop highway at Snoqualmie Pass


This is Interstate 90 at about mile post 75 in Washington state.

I'm amazed. I think its illegal to remove blacktop in Canada. The only thing allowed here is to grind it down and put on a thin skin of new stuff on top. Kudo's to the yanks for actually doing a job right.

I've driven the Snoqualmie pass, its quite an interesting drive. Feels like straight up for about 70 miles... Amazing scenery though.
