First: Upload your pictures from your computer or phone to a picture hosting site, like Photo Bucket or Street fire or ?
Second: Copy and paste the IMG code from your hosted picture and paste that code into your post.
Third: Submit your post. Your pictures will show up in the post.

I use Photo Bucket, its very user friendly and its free.
